The committee of adjustment heard the Application for a minor variance with respect to 9 - 11 Madison Ave. submitted by Bousfields Inc. on behalf of the Estonian International Centre.
The application sought to join the two properties at 9 Madison and 11 Madison together and contained five zoning variance requests.
The first four were minor in nature regarding set-backs, height restrictions, and use of the facility. The last one however dealt with the request to reduce the by-law parking requirement from 19 to 0 parking spots.
This was opposed by the Annex Residents Association and Väino Einola. Vaino was present at the meeting and made the attached presentation along with the visuals attached.
