Of the 34 members of the Estonian World Council, approximately two thirds were present at the annual meeting in Vilnius. The rest, virtually. All members had registered as participating. For East Coast North American ZOOM participants, the meeting was called to order at 3:00 am. Thereafter, approximately seven hours reacting to a computer screen. The meeting was chaired by Reet Marten Sehr from Canada and Leelo Pukk from Sweden.
