The book deals with discovering and developing the artist within all of us. The upcoming VEMU workshops will introduce the participants to this book and its program of exercises and explorations.
“This is a book that addresses a delicate and complex subject. For those who will use it, it is a valuable tool to get in touch with their own creativity.” – Martin Scorsese
“I was introduced to “The Artist’s Way” at an abstract painting workshop in New York 30 years ago”, says Anne Remmel, the VEMU workshop leader. “Over many years, I have come back to this book again and again to re-energize my own creativity and to remove internal blocks to my creativity.”
Martin Scorsese’s praise on the back cover sums it up nicely “This is a book that addresses a delicate and complex subject. For those who will use it, it is a valuable tool to get in touch with their own creativity.”
The VEMU “Writers Club” is the forum in which to explore the principles in “The Artist’s Way.” Some individuals may decide to write, some to draw, some to paint. Every avenue of creativity is possible. The VEMU group may evolve into an on-going support for anyone wanting to discover or rediscover their creative potential.
Workshops: November 15, 22 and 29 at 1-3 pm. Tartu College. Please register at VEMU, Estonian Museum Canada: info@vemu.ca by November 10th.
