The 32nd European Union Film Festival in Ottawa will run from November 17 to December 5 at the National Art Musuem. “Sangarid” (Dissidents), the Estonia entry by Jaak Kilmi, will open the festival and be screened on November 17, at 7:00 pm. At the launch on November 9 in the offices of the EU delegation were (from left) Tom McSorley, Executive Director, Canadian Film Institute, Brice de Schietere, Deputy Head of the EU delegation and Paul Läänemets, Public Affairs Officer and Assistant to Ambassador of Estonia.
