It was a totally new format for the New Year consular levy – no Estonian House, the site for the annual function on January 1st. But the open house at the new Consular office revived the old tradition after a Covid-caused two-year break. The Estonian consulate is fully operational at its new home. Enjoying the return of the New Year’s gathering were Eda Oja, a previous member of the consulate, Hon. Vice Consul Thomas Heinsoo and Kristiina Heinsoo.
