Advisor (Internationalisation) at Estonia’s Ministry of Culture, Madli-Liis Parts, and KESKUS project lead Ellen Valter chose the construction site, atop the subway tunnels as their meeting location. “It is only being on the KESKUS construction site itself that the enormity of this very special project sinks in,” noted Madli-Liis, who is in Toronto to meet with local culture sector representatives.
