When the players came into the clubhouse after their round of golf they finished the day with a putting contest, group photo and lunch buffet dinner with dessert menu. During lunch we had the awards presentation as well as the participation prize distribution.
The tournament was a huge success due to the participation of the players but also our hole sponsors – Toronto Eesti Selts, Eesti Üliõpilaste Selts Toronto koondis, Northern Birch Credit Union, Tevag Inc., Jack Lake Productions Inc. and Nico Bruzzese.
EGO (Estonian Golf Club of Ontario) would also like to thank Lorie Bodanis and the entire Richmond Hill Golf Club team, you made us feel welcome.
After 14 years of organizing the EGO Tournament, Jaak Järve has decided to step down from organizing this event and will look forward to handing over the reins of managing the Estonian Golf Club of Ontario tournament to any interested parties. Jaak has agreed to provide support as a mentor to the next organizing party. All interested parties please contact Jaak directly at jaakjarve@aol.com. Thank you.
