At a recent Toronto celebration of the 105th anniversary of academic society Korporatsioon Rotalia, an important part of the proceedings is the recognition of scholastic excellence of Korp! Rotalia’s younger members through scholarships from an endowment of the fraternity’s late alumni Endel Toiger. This was the 19th annual selection of scholarship winners.
