NOTICE OF MEETING: Notice is hereby given of a Special Meeting of the Congregation of St. Peter’s Estonian Evangelical Lutheran Church of Toronto (the Church) to be held at the Church at 817 Mount Pleasant Road, Toronto, Ontario M4P 2L1 on November 30, 2024 at 1:00 p.m.

The purpose of this meeting is to approve amendments to the Church’s Constitution and Bylaws, and amendments to its Letters Patent.
Draft documents will be available by no later than November 1, 2024 on the Church website https://www.stpeterstorontoestonianchurch.ca, or at the Church office during business hours: Tuesday to Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Votes at this meeting may be cast in person or by proxy. Each proxy must be completed, signed by voting members, and deposited at the Church’s office by 1:00 p.m. Thursday November 28, 2024, in person or by email to stpeterstoronto@rogers.com. A printable proxy form will be available on the website no later than November 1, 2024.
