Notice to Congregation Members
Members of the congregation of St. Peter’s Estonian Evangelical Lutheran Church of Toronto are invited to participate in the Annual General Meeting of the Congregation to be held at 817 Mount Pleasant Road, Toronto, Ont. M4P 2L1 on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. with registration beginning at 12:30 p.m.
Notice to members is forthcoming by mail or email. This includes a covering letter, meeting agenda, a voting proxy form for members unable to attend in person, and instructions for accessing other relevant materials for the meeting on the Church’s website.
For members voting by proxy, please follow all instructions provided on the proxy form. Completed proxies must be received at the Church at 817 Mount Pleasant Road, Toronto, Ont. M4P 2L1 by 1:30 p.m., Thursday, June 5, 2025, delivered in person, by email at stpeterstoronto@rogers.com, or by mail to the aforementioned address.
In the event of a disruption in Canada Post mail service, members can pick up a meeting material package at the Church office at 817 Mount Pleasant Road, Toronto, Ont. M4P 2L1 from Tuesday to Thursday between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. or request it by email at stpeterstoronto@rogers.com or by telephone at (416) 483-5847.
