On September 23, Tartu College celebrated its 53rd anniversary with the opening of the Vabamu exhibit "Why Estonia? The 30-year Journey from the USSR to e-Estonia" and the annual Vello Soots memorial lecture by Kristina Reinsalu (Senior Expert, e-Governance Academy; Estonia). The celebration was held together with VEMU/ Estonian Museum Canada.
