PHOTOS – Preparing for the Exhibit, Peeter Sepp, Colour My World

On Thursday March 24, work was underway to prepare the exhibit of abstract expressionist paintings (1956-1976) by Estonian Canadian artist Peeter Sepp.

The exhibit, which opens on Saturday March 26 in the Gallery Hall of the Estonian House, is curated by Deeter Hastenteufel, a close friend of Peeter's, his sister-in-law Eda Sepp and their colleague Nancy Simard.

It was my privilege to take the photographs for the catalogue. The photo-gallery provides a glimpse of the preparations. The exhibit concludes on April 17, 2016.

The exhibit received support from the Estonian Studies Centre, Tartu College, the Republic of Estonia Ministry of Culture, the Estonian Arts Centre, the Estonian Credit Union, the EstDocs Documentary Film Festival, the Estonian House Art Committee and the Estonian House.
