A personal observation on sailing

Sailing is like going camping on a roller coaster. Yes, sometimes the movement is fairly smooth and the scenery can be pleasant. But when the rollercoaster is moving in ways you don’t want it to, it’s very unsettling. Gravol is absolutely mandatory. And remember that you must be able to cook on the rollercoaster, go to the bathroom on the rollercoaster, and sleep on the rollercoaster. Also, you need to pack all your belongings into the rollercoaster.

Okay, think of it as more like a tent in this instance. However, remember your tent will move around like a rollercoaster, so you need to have it all secured. Nobody wants to be clobbered by a flying water bottle to the head out on the open seas!
