Recipe
- 2 cups mascarpone cheese, stirred to soften
- 1/3 cup chili crisp
- flatbread, grilled and cut into strips
Method of preparation
In bowl, whisk mascarpone to soften. Scrape onto platter and use spoon to carve valleys and a high edge into cheese, pushing out toward edge of plate. Spoon chili crisp overtop. Serve with grilled or warmed flatbread for dipping.
