To find out, Eesti Elu / Estonian Life newspaper asked members of the public at this year's Oktoberfest party at the Latvian Canadian Centre in Toronto. In this video, we quizzed Estonians' knowledge of Latvian pronunciation with a couple of words, from basic to a total tongue twister.
